EXPERIENCE

For over 36 years, Mr. Lisardo has worked in the construction industry, including the past 17 as an experienced project manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously. He has extensive experience in ensuring strict adherence to specifications and contract documents as well as complying with Government regulations, policies and procedures. He is highly experienced in supervising superintendents, subcontractors and civil engineers, in addition to estimating, tracking and budgeting projects.

 

Specific to this project, Ray has worked at Zionís Park and Bryce Canyon National Park for nearly 18 years. He knows the intricacies of the park, understands the wants and needs of contracting, and has been managing and delivering successful projects.

 

EDUCATION

Mr. Lisardo attended Boston University, specializing in Construction Project Management (PMP), and has held a B-100 General Building Contractorís license since 2002. He received an ICBO Code Enforcement Building Inspector (Category 10) license in 1998, and is LEED-certified with the U.S. Green Building Education Services (USGBES).
